Art Cart 2026: The Shape of Memory รวบรวมผลงานของสามศิลปินร่วมสมัยไทยผู้มีแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์อันโดดเด่นเฉพาะตัว ซึ่งต่างสำรวจความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความทรงจำ ภาพแทน ความเชื่อ และสภาวะของชีวิตร่วมสมัยผ่านภาษาทางศิลปะที่แตกต่างกัน

 

นิทรรศการประกอบด้วยผลงานคอลลาจ วิดีโอ กระดาษทำมือ และประติมากรรมเซรามิก ซึ่งเคยจัดแสดงในอาร์ตแฟร์และนิทรรศการนานาชาติหลายแห่ง โดยผลงานจำนวนมากแทบไม่เคยถูกนำเสนอในประเทศไทยมาก่อน 

 

การนำผลงานเหล่านี้มาจัดแสดงร่วมกันอีกครั้งภายในพื้นที่ของ Front Room จึงเปรียบเสมือนการเปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้ชมได้กลับมาสำรวจและทำความรู้จักกับชั้นของความหมาย การรับรู้ และประสบการณ์ที่ค่อยๆ เผยตัวผ่านกาลเวลา

 

ท่ามกลางแนวทางการทำงานที่หลากหลาย ภาพบุคคล ตำนาน สัญลักษณ์ และภาพคุ้นตาต่างๆ ถูกหยิบมาประกอบสร้างใหม่ในรูปแบบที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป กลายเป็นภาพสะท้อนของความทรงจำที่ไม่เคยหยุดนิ่ง หากยังคงเคลื่อนไหว เลือนทับ และถูกตีความใหม่อยู่เสมอ ผ่านประสบการณ์ จินตนาการ และการค้นพบของผู้ชมในแต่ละช่วงเวลา

Art Cart 2026: The Shape of Memory brings together a selection of works by three distinctive contemporary Thai artists whose practices reflect upon memory, image, belief, and the shifting textures of contemporary life.

 

Spanning collage, video, handmade paper, and ceramic sculpture, the showcase includes works previously presented across international art fairs and exhibitions, many of which have rarely been seen in Thailand. Gathered together within the intimate setting of Front Room, the exhibition offers audiences a renewed encounter with works that continue to unfold through time, perception, and personal association.

 

Across differing visual languages and material approaches, familiar portraits, myths, symbols, and cultural references quietly reappear in altered forms — rearranged, fragmented, and transformed into layered reflections on memory and meaning. Rather than presenting memory as something stable or complete, the exhibition considers it as a fluid structure, continually shaped by experience, imagination, and rediscovery.
